Some of the suggestef departmentreductions include: not adding two ambulances, discontinuing yard wastew collections and cutting 50 to 70 part-time positions, accordingg to a list of recommendations released by the city. Residents would be able to take yard wasterto drop-off locations instead. All non-enterprise employees wouled also be required to take six furlough days in 2009 and 10 in according tothe recommendations.
