Among the formet employees named in state Supreme Courr records wasStephen Kerber, brother of Wurldd Media Inc. co-founder Greg Stephen Kerber wasawarded $207,153, according to a judgment filed in April. Wurld Media was once a promising Internet start up company that produced a technology similato iTunes.
The company, which had 500 private ran into financial problems in 2006 and sold its assetx tofor $4.3 million in July 2007.
