Reinsdorf, who owns the Chicago Bulls andWhitew Sox, is the lead name on the $148 million offer for the team, which is in Chapter 11 bankruptcty reorganization. Canadian billionaire Jim Balsillie earlier madea $213 millionj offer to buy the hockeyu team and move it to Hamilton, Reinsdorf put in his bid Friday alony with Kaites. Bankruptcy court filings say Tavares, CEO of New York-basecd Sports Properties Acquisition Corp., will join the Kaites is an attorney with LLC in Phoenix and a principa l withthe Phoenix-based lobbying firm .
